| 2. How to take care genuine crocodile and stingray products? |

Care Instruction
1. To clean, gently rub with a damp cloth
2. If wet, rub with cloth and do not use artificial heat.
3. Keep away from heat and humidity that may cause skin to get dry or color fade off.
4..Keep in cloth-bag when not using in order to prevent dirt and scratch. |

| 3. Do you produce others kind of leather product? |
| |
| We have produced only 2 kinds of leather product that are genuine crocodile (only horn-back product) and stingray leather. |

| 4. What is CITES? |
| |
| CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of wild fauna and flora) is the organization that have responsible to control and ensure that all of crocodile used for produce leather products harvesting from farming. |

| 5. Did you agree to produce our (customer) own design? |
| |
Actually we can accept to produce crocodile (only the horn-back product) and stingray products by customer design.with the condition as below:
Min for handbags: 20 pcs / color / style
Min for belts and wallets: 100 pcs / color / style
Min for small items: 300 pcs / color / style |

| 6. How long we receive the product after placing the order? |
| |
| After we receive your comfirm order by transfering us the advanced deposit, we will finish your order within 45 - 60 days (average time) |

| 7. How about the payment procedure? |
| |
| Deposit in advance for confirm order by T/T. The remaining balance would be paid before shipment date from Bangkok. |
